Refund policy
Returns
Orders can returned 14 days after the purchase date. Shipped items can be returned in store or via mail (at the cost of the customer). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item(s) will need to contain the original tags, still attached to the unworn item. If any item is not in its original condition, (is damaged or missing parts) it is not eligible for return. Each item is personally inspected for damage prior to purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you wish to return an unused item, please notify us via email at: loveleighlaneboutiquellc@outlook.com and the reason for return. Once your item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that it has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. In store credit will be given or credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, send us an email at loveleighlaneboutiquellc@outlook.com with an explanation for your need of an exchange. Due to our limited quantities per unique style, we can't guarantee that an exchange will be possible. We will promptly respond with an email informing you if the exchange is possible. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We do not cover shipping costs for exchanges.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
