Return & Exchange Policies

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not accept returns on Sale items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item(s) will need to contain the original tags, still attached to the unworn item. If any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, it is not eligible for return. Each item is personally inspected for damage prior to shipping.

Refunds (if applicable)
If you wish to return an unused item, please notify us first via email at loveleighlaneboutiquellc@outlook.com and the reason for return. Our company will then send you a Return Form, which you will need to fill out and send with the item(s) you wish to return. Once your item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that it has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your item(s) has been rejected, you will be contacted to have it shipped back to you at YOUR expense.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. Please note that we are NOT responsible for any and all returned shipping costs.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at loveleighlaneboutiquellc@outlook.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, send us an email at loveleighlaneboutiquellc@outlook.com with an explanation for your need of an exchange. Please note that we can only exchange for the same item in a different size or color. Due to our limited quantities per unique style, we can't guarantee that an exchange will be possible. We will promptly respond with an email informing you if the exchange is possible, and provide you with an Exchange Form. This will need to be filled out and mailed with the item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We do not cover shipping costs for exchanges.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
