Return & Exchange Policies

Returns
Orders can be returned 14 days after the purchase date.  Items must be UNWORN, with the original tags attached. Shipped items can be returned in-store or via mail (at the cost of the customer).  Customers will receive in-store credit or their card will automatically be reimbursed upon inspection of condition of the product.  Please allow 48 hours for processing before your refund is officially posted.

*All 'Sale Items' are final sale and non-returnable.

If you wish to return an unused item, please notify us first via email at loveleighlaneboutiquellc@outlook.com and the reason for return.


Exchanges
If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, send us an email at loveleighlaneboutiquellc@outlook.com with an explanation for your need of an exchange. Due to our limited quantities per unique style, we can't guarantee that an exchange will be possible. We will promptly respond with an email informing you if the exchange is possible.
We do not cover shipping costs for exchanges or 'lost-in-shipping' exchange orders.
